Other Details to Note
Although we can host 8 guests and are happy to do so, we feel as though 5-6 guests is optimal for comfort. Our condo is on the 2nd story without an elevator, therefore there are 2 flights of stairs to climb. This complex has a total of 3 units; a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor unit, we are the middle unit -you may have the occasional noise, footsteps, etc. from the other guests similar to many other apartments/condos.
